Have you ever found yourself in this situation?
You've got tons of stuff to do, yet it feels so hard to get anything done. Maybe you start on some things but don't get around to finishing them. Or, you've thought about doing other things but then something always seems to get in the way.
We've all dragged our feet on something.
Perhaps, it's getting that final presentation done, or maybe you've been holding off on bringing up a conversation that you really need to have, or maybe you just need to write up that report but you just can't seem to bring yourself to get it done.
Procrastination, that's the problem.
You just keep putting things off so, it must just be a case of the procrastination virus.
Everything you ever want is on the other side of fear.
Most times, when we're struggling to get something done around here, it's usually because of that four letter f-word, yep, FEAR. We often don't recognize it at first, but it's very likely that there's a little nugget of fear that's holding us back. It could be fear of the outcome, fear of not knowing what will happen, fear of looking dumb, fear of what someone else will think, fear of being done... or even fear of being successful... (yeah, that struggle's real).
That's why for this week's #CollaboClip we've brought in a very special guest and dear friend of ours, Sara Armstrong from Idea of You Coaching.
Sara will share with you her tips for overcoming fear so you can get into action mode.
Check out this week's video to find out:
- What keeps you from taking action
- Why it's important to get into that action mindset
